What is your returns policy?
We offer free 60 day returns on all Australian orders.
Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, any items returned must be in their original sale condition (completely unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).
To request a return, please contact us at customercare@apricitestudios.com with your order number and return reason, and our team will assist you.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
For Australian customers, we deliver to PO Boxes, residential, or business addresses. Internationally, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
What happens if my parcel gets lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number, as they can provide the most accurate information. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to customercare@apricitestudios.com and we’ll be happy to help.
I entered incorrect details in my order, can you fix it?
We will do our very best to update any incorrect order details. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Therefore, we kindly ask that you double-check all details before placing your order.
Should you need any assistance, please contact us immediately. Please note that we process orders as they come in, and once the order leaves our hands, we are unable to make any further changes.
The item I'm looking for is sold out. Will it be back?
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we focus on producing quality pieces in small batches to avoid overproduction and minimise waste. This means that many of our releases are limited edition and may not be restocked. However, we strive to keep our bestsellers available based on demand.
If there’s a sold-out item you’d love to see return, simply click 'Join Waitlist' on the product page to let us know! You’ll be the first to hear if we decide to restock it. If you have any questions about our restocking plans for a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out—we're here to help!
