We are a Sydney based brand and we dispatch all our orders from here.
What are your shipping options?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders with Australia Post and free shipping on most international orders of 2 or more clips with DHL Express (2-5 days).
What is your returns policy?
We're excited to offer free 60 day returns on all domestic orders! To request a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will help you out.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We work to create handcrafted, sustainable pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products and we therefore include a 1 year warranty on all our items.
This warranty is here so that you can feel 100% confident with your purchase, knowing that we have your back if anything happens. Just contact us and we will work together to find a resolution.
Please note that this warranty does not cover lost items, regular wear and tear as well as damages as a result of accident, improper care or storage of your product.

Did my order go through?
Please check your inbox after placing your order as confirmation will be emailed to you with your order details. If you still have not received an order confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide further assistance.
Do you ship to a PO box?
If you are within Australia, we can deliver to a PO Box, residential or business address. If you are an international customer, we don't deliver to PO Boxes.
Where is my order?
After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation which includes tracking details. Please follow the link to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update once dispatched.
Do I need to pay duties and taxes on my purchase?
Apricité Studios is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes on international orders except for UK orders under GBP135 or EU orders under EUR150 which we are able to collect all duties and taxes for at checkout. If you have paid taxes at checkout there will be no further customs duties or taxes to pay on that order. Please read up on your country's laws and regulations before placing an international order as we cannot control these fees.
Please note there are no additional charges on orders within Australia as we are an Australia based brand.
What happens if my parcel gets lost or stolen?
Apricité Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels and if you do have an issue with your parcel we encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information and will be best suited to help you. Should you still require any assistance please reach out to us at email@example.com
I accidentally put in incorrect details in my order, can you fix it?
We will do our very best to update any incorrect order details but there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so. We cannot be held liable for being unable to, as it is the customers responsibility to double check any order details before submitting the order. However, should you need any help with this, please contact us immediately. We process orders as soon as we can, and once the orders leave our hands we are unable to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be cancelled as we dispatch our orders as they come in.
