We offer free returns on all Australian orders (excl. sale items). 

Customers located outside of Australia will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges. 

If you wish to return an item, please email us with your order number at within 60 days of receiving your product. Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels). If your order meets these criteria, you can request a return for a full refund issued to your original payment method. Any initial shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
