We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over AU$35. In case you need your item faster, there is an option to add on express shipping at checkout. We use Australia Post for all AU orders.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders will be shipped with DHL Express (2-5 business days) with free shipping on orders $70+ to most countries. Please note exact rates might differ slightly and are calculated at checkout depending on your shipping country.
We are now able to include customs duties and taxes in the price for orders from the UK and EU.
As soon as your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation with your order number and order information. We aim to ship all our orders within 12 hours of receiving them (pre-orders excluded, see delivery time frame for pre-order items under product description).
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation which includes tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update once dispatched. Apricité Studios is not liable for any shipping delays once in the hands of the courier.
Apricité Studios is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes on international orders except for UK orders under GBP135 or EU orders under EUR150, which we are able to collect all duties and taxes for at checkout. If you have paid taxes at checkout, there will be no further customs duties or taxes to pay on that order.
Please read up on your country's laws and regulations before placing an international order as we cannot control these fees.
Please note that there are no additional charges on orders within Australia as we dispatch from Melbourne.
